Stigma Fighters is a mental health 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Brooklyn, NY) dedicated to giving a voice to people with mental illnesses. It was founded by Sarah Fader and myself. We were featured on the cover of The Washington Post for our vision of spreading awareness.
We have four Board of Directors, including Sarah Fader, myself, Sarah Comerford, and Sparklle Rainne. We are all women and living with mental illness.
We publish essays from people directly or indirectly affected by mental illness, and publish anthologies of those essays. I would like to personally invite you to share your story with us.
We look forward to continuing to fight the stigma of mental illness one story at a time.
